Crayons to Classrooms – Collects and distributes needed school supplies at no cost to teachers of students in need.
Elizabeth’s New Life Center – Educates pregnant women and new parents on the risks associated with smoking, alcohol and drug use during pregnancy, while stressing abstinence until marriage.
Church of the Cross United Methodist Home Helper Project – Provides volunteer labor and materials to make home repairs and improvements for Kettering residents in need.
Dayton Performing Arts Alliance’s School Partners with Artists Reaching Kids
(SPARK) Program – Enhances learning in grades K-5 by integrating music, musical instruments and performers into teaching of various subjects.
Southdale School Orff Ensemble – Provides access to musical instruments and instruction to all Southdale students, offering an outlet for their self-expression, collaboration and innovation.
We Care Arts – Provides art classes to people with disabilities to encourage creative expression and communication.
Artemis Center – Reaches out to educate, support and advocate for adult and child victims of domestic violence.
Kettering Fairmont Seniors Helping Seniors – Brings together 200 Fairmont High School seniors with local senior citizens to form bonds through shared recreational activities and service learning.
Ohio’s Hospice of Dayton – Offers the week-long Camp Pathways to help grieving children process their feelings and learn coping skills in a safe environment.
Christ Child Society – Provides clothing vouchers to children and youth at risk.
